Orders

To place an order, simply browse our website, select the items you'd like to purchase, and click the "Add to Cart" button. When you're ready, go to your cart and click "Checkout". Follow the prompts to fill in your details, choose your shipping method, and complete your payment.


If you forgot to apply a discount code, unfortunately, we are unable to apply it after the order has been placed. Please be sure to check for any discount codes before finalizing your purchase.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use the provided tracking number to check the status of your delivery on the Canada Post website or your selected courier's tracking platform.

Shipping & Returns

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

We offer exchanges on unworn and undamaged items within 14 days of receipt. Please note that we do not offer refunds on hijabs and essentials due to hygiene reasons.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hijabs, accessories, or essential items for hygiene and safety purposes. Please ensure you are satisfied with your selection before completing your purchase.

To request an exchange, simply contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with the instructions for returning the item. Please make sure the product is in its original, unworn condition.

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your exchange or refund (excluding shipping fees). If your return is approved, a credit will be issued to your original payment method.
