• Please ensure that the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

• For hygiene reasons, hijabs and under scarves cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Other non-returnable items include accessories, beauty products, and items marked as final sale.

Return Process:

2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.
3. Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging along with the packing slip.
4. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping service of your choice. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to the original payment method or process an exchange, as per your request.
