Our Policy on Returns:

Hijabs & Accessories:
For hygiene and safety reasons, all hijabs and accessories are non-returnable. This includes items such as scarves, shawls, and pins. Please make sure you are completely satisfied with your selections before completing your purchase. -
Clothing:
We accept returns and exchanges on clothing items (such as modest wear, dresses, tunics, and shirts) within 14 days of the purchase date, provided they are in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@hijabkingdom.com. We will assist you with a return or exchange at no extra cost. You must provide clear images of the damaged item for review.
How to Return or Exchange:

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your returned items reach us safely, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned package. -
Prepare Your Return:
Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all tags and labels. Ensure the items are in unworn, unwashed condition. Please include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt for reference. -
Return Address:
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address for sending your items back to us.
Processing Your Return or Exchange:
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your request within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds: Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange clothing, we will process the exchange once the returned item is received. Additional shipping charges for the new item may apply.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Hijabs and accessories (due to hygiene and safety regulations)
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will cover the return shipping costs for exchanges or refunds related to damaged items.

If your return is accepted, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and verify the return, though shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that sale items and custom orders are not eligible for returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
